Ailenin Korunmasına Dair Kanun’a Göre Hakimin Verebileceği Önlemler
Ailenin Korunmasına Dair Kanun hükümlerine göre aile mahkemesi yargıcından bu yasada sayılan önlemlerin alınmasını isteyebilirsiniz. Bu önlemler şöyledir:
Kusurlu eşin veya diğer aile bireyinin;

d) Varsa silah veya benzeri araçlarını genel kolluk kuvvetlerine teslim etmesi,
e) Alkollü veya uyuşturucu herhangi bir madde kullanılmış olarak şiddet mağdurunun yaşamakta olduğu konuta veya işyerine gelmemesi veya bu yerlerde bu maddeleri kullanmaması,
f) Bir sağlık kuruluşuna muayene veya tedavi için başvurması.
Bu önlemlerin uygulama süresi 6 ayı geçmez ve eğer eş önlemlere uyulmazsa hapis cezasıyla cezalandırılır.
Kendiniz ve çocuklarınız için Türk Medeni Kanunu’na göre birlikte yaşarken katkı nafakası ödemesi için dava açabilirsiniz. Ayrı yaşarken ise boşanma davası açmasanız dahi yapacağı parasal katkının belirlenmesini isteyebilirsiniz.
